The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is __.

Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life. It’s a pretty common one but my mom (who is also a stylist) always said this to us when we were younger, and it’s held up well.

What’s the biggest misconception people have about your position?

It’s all glamour, fashion, and fun.. it is all those things, but it’s also hard work and there is a lot more mindfulness and thought behind it than people realize.

What fashion trend should make a comeback?

The fits, cuts, silhouettes of women’s fashion in the 1950’s is what my dreams are made of. Especially cigarette pants!

What fictional place would you most like to visit?

(Almost) any of the planets in the Star Wars universe.

What is your favorite part of your job and how does it impact the Straub mission of making Damn Good Content?

My favorite part of my job is getting to be creative through clothes.. not everyone gets to do exactly what they want to do for work so being able to do so brings me so much joy and the happier you are the easier is it to make Damn Good Content!

Anything else everyone should know about you?

I read A LOT.. and I read any and everything, I even have a library in my house! People also always find it fascinating that I’m pretty into Godzilla.
