Facing a large price increase and a history of uninspired creativity from our previous vendor, Chico’s FAS sent our Ecommerce Base Photography for RFP in March of 2022. Through this process, Straub Collaborative was unanimously selected as our future partner based on 4 improved KPI’s:

Starting just 2 months into our transition (and now 6 months into our total partnership) Straub has absolutely delivered on all KPI’s for Chico’s FAS and we could not be more thrilled. Our SLA’s have been cut in 1/2 from our previous vendor, we are saving hundreds of hours a week in manual input thanks to the Straub Tech stack, and we are very happy with our creative direction/quality, so much so that we are now using this “Base” photography in more places than just as PDP Website content (now included in email and SMS). 

Although only 6-months into our partnership, Chico’s FAS looks forward to our future with Straub and continued improvement of our Ecommerce Base Photography.
