My role is Digital Technician and I work out of the New York City studio

When I was 5, I was pretty sure I’d be a __ when I grew up.

When I was 5, I was pretty certain that I wanted to be an artist. Since my mom was a ceramics teacher and my grandfather became a painter when he retired, I was exposed to a lot of creativity at a young age. I saw how much joy and warmth it brought them both, and I wanted to live with that energy myself.

The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is __.

My family, teachers, and mentors have all demonstrated to me that education is a lifelong process. I love to learn new things every day!

What’s the biggest misconception people have about your position?

People seem to think that photo equipment and software function properly all the time. I wish!

What fashion trend should make a comeback?

Hot take- True Religion jeans with a pair of big sneakers.

What fictional place would you most like to visit?

I would love to visit Avatar’s Pandora and go flying on an Ikran. Epic.

What is your favorite part of your job and how does it impact the Straub mission of making Damn Good Content?

I like fine-tuning equipment/software and solving problems on set so that the rest of the team can focus on creating Damn Good Content without technical interruptions.

Anything else everyone should know about you?

When I am not working, there is nothing I enjoy more than traveling and learning about new cultures.
