1. How is Straub Collaborative currently using AI in its e-commerce workflows?

We see AI as a powerful tool that supports our entire workflow—from creative ideation and planning to content production. Recent advances in top AI models have made product-accurate content generation a real possibility, opening up new ways to serve our clients across eCommerce touchpoints.

 

2. What problem were we trying to solve when we started integrating AI?

Our goal was to find ways AI could extend the value we offer our clients. That means exploring how AI can help us create additional image and video content—for PDPs, social channels, and other platforms—without adding manual overhead.

 

3. How does AI help us deliver over 1 million assets a year without compromising quality?

AI has made huge strides in product-accurate content generation, and scalability is catching up fast.
It’s helping us accelerate Speed to Market, improve cost efficiency, and ensure consistency and quality—especially when creating variant content at scale.

 

4. What impact has AI had on client experience and speed to market?

AI allows us to iterate faster, reduce errors and rework, and offer more flexibility in how content is produced. This translates into faster delivery, higher reliability, and a smoother overall experience for our clients.

 

5. What do you see as the biggest opportunity for AI in eCommerce content over the next 2–3 years?

We expect a surge in personalized content at scale, as well as greater use of AR/VR/MR experiences. Real-time, AI-powered 3D content generation will transform how brands showcase products digitally.

 

6. How do we balance AI automation with the human creativity that defines Straub Collaborative?

We use AI to amplify human creativity, not replace it. Our human-in-the-loop workflows ensure every piece of content we produce aligns with our clients’ brand voice, style, and vision.

 

7. What advice would you give to brands looking to adopt AI in content production?

Start small with high-impact pilot projects, define clear KPIs, and track the results. Invest in the right tools, maintain strong human oversight, and stay open to iteration and learning. The goal isn’t just automation—it’s smarter, more scalable creativity.
