What studio do you work out of?

Portland since 2008

When I was 5, I was pretty sure I’d be a ____ when I grew up.

National Geographic Underwater Photographer - Thank you Jacque Cousteau.

The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is ____.

What might be a difficult investment now can achieve a benefit in the future that far exceeds the initial investment.

What’s the biggest misconception people have about your position?

That all I do is punch a couple numbers and print a label, job done. I am responsible for documenting everything that comes into the studio whether produced or not and back out again.

What fashion trend should make a comeback?

If you know how I dress, you know I embrace lots of fashions and then some. I am not at all bound by whatever the current fashion trend is that way.

What fictional place would you most like to visit?

The Shire/Hobbiton. I would retire there and get all Bilbo about it.

What is your favorite part of your job and how does it impact the Straub mission of making Damn Good Content?

Like I said, I am responsible for documenting everything that comes into the studio whether produced or not and back out again.  Our volume never ceases to surprise me.  Watching all the items produced following the path of production and back out again really is amazing. This only happens with everybody on the same page throughout the production.  That’s Teamwork making Damn Good Content.

Anything else everyone should know about you?

I have been selling my art, hardshell gourds at Portland Saturday Market for sixteen years. The last three years I have been training to be a white-water raft guide.  Could not have done these life journeys without my family, and having a great place to work, thanks David.
