Yes, the PM can provide notification for samples received without data in the system. In the event that the PM is unavailable, the DCAS or Merchandise Manager are also able to provide updates on samples needing data to be entered into the system.

Yes, the PM can facilitate shipping samples to different addresses after production is completed. The address for sample return can be inputted by-SKU directly into ShotFlow as seen being utilized here by the B2B team.

Yes, the PM can send packing lists and tracking information directly. The tracking information is also available by-SKU in ShotFlow as shown here.

Yes, Straub Collaborative can facilitate 24-48hour turn for imagery if desired. We base our production workflow around a scalable model that can flex to suit our clients’ needs, including workflow adjustments that allow for expedited imagery production.

Shown here is an example of a sample that was flagged as a “Rush” in ShotFlow. This flag changes the automation for how the assets flow through our system, allowing for more expedited handling.

Imagery can be delivered within 7 business days provided all accompanying samples to complete the desired outfit are also received at the same time or earlier. Sample procurement can make this difficult to establish a standard SLA for on-model imagery.

There are fiscal considerations that can change this turn-time, which are elaborated upon in question 2.f.

Straub Collaborative can facilitate producing model shoots in either our Boston or New York City Studios (as outlined in our pricing worksheet) as often as Puma desires. There is no style threshold that is required by SC before a shoot can take place.

There are fiscal considerations with producing an on-model shoot with less than a ½-day's-worth of samples. Some considerations include model day rate minimums (some agencies have a full-day as a minimum for their talent) and HMU Artist premiums for less than a full day’s work (Many HMU Artists ask for more than ½ of their Day rate when only booking a ½ Day).
