The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is ___

“Do what you can, with what you have, where you are” ... and get it done.

I believe the beginning is a famous quote, but my dad always added “and get it done” and this has always stuck with me. It’s a great reminder that you don’t always need the best of the best to get a job done, you just need be scrappy, resourceful and put your mind to whatever the task may be. I tend to get in my head or doubt myself but this advice reminds me to recognize what I can do and reframes my perspective to get the job done!

What’s the biggest misconception people have about your position?

What fashion trend should make a comeback?

I’m very much in my element with the return of 90’s/00’s fashion and hope it continues so I stay on trend!

What is your favorite part of your job and how does it impact the Straub mission of making Damn Good Content?

My favorite part of my job is having the opportunity to collaborate with unique people from various backgrounds and different perspectives, and working together to deliver Damn Good Content!

I love to crochet in my free time and creating personal, unique gifts for loved ones is one of my favorite things!
